How to Setup Your Account

Where to Login
Online: Online Your spa might have a Zen Planner portal log-in bedded on their website and/ or Facebook business runner.
Ask a staff member at your spa for the URL to log in to the gate.
Note be sure to log in through the gate at your spa’s point, you can not log in to Zen Planner’s main website(zenplanner.com won’t work).

The easiest way to manage your Zen Planner account is through our Member App. You can download the app for free on your iOS or Android phone.
Simply log in to begin using it( you will only need to log in your first time).

Click the “ Z ” auberge the top left corner to set up your profile.

Manage Your Reservations
Numerous classes have size limits, so be sure to reserve your spot in class beforehand in the day. Within the Member App, click on the timetable icon in the top right.
You can reserve your spot or add yourself to a waitlist( if the class is full) by clicking the star next to the time you wish to attend.
However, simply click “ Cancel Reservation ”, If you no longer can attend a class.
To see how numerous members are reserved for the class and class limits, touch the class itself. Depending on the settings, you might be also suitable to see

View Workouts and Post Scores
To see a drill or post scores, click on the “ Z ” on the top left wing and elect “ exercises ” Swipe back and forth to view other days ’ exercises. If it says “ There are no exercises to display ” that simply means that either the drill hasn’t been posted for the public or it hasn’t yet been created.
