Your online CD will automatically renew on its maturity date at the available rate for the same term, unless we have previously received instructions from you or new instructions are received within the 7 day grace period. You can define a maturity plan that meets your needs, which may include adding or removing funds, adjusting your term or redeeming your CD. You can call us at (877) 779-2265 to establish your online CD account.

Can I withdraw or add funds to my CD Account Electronically?

This is not currently an option. You are able to withdraw funds by calling our Client Care Center at (877) 779-2265. You will incur an early withdrawal penalty if you withdraw funds prior to the CD maturing (during CD term), or after the seven (7) day grace period. Funds can only be added to your CD account during the seven (7) day grace period. If you wish to add funds, please contact our Client Care Center.
