24-Hour Drop Box Located on the west side of Yukon City Hall, coming to our drive-through window. Please secure your payment in an envelope and include your payment end or account number to ensure proper credit.
Bank Draft Download a registration form and return it to us. Your payment will be drafted from your bank account on the 15th, or the following business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or observed vacation.
There are no registration or sale freights charged. guests should continue making payments until “ Paid by Draft ” appears on their yearly bill.
Start New Utility Service
New Guests are encouraged to start a new service in person. However, please submit information tocustomerservice@yukonok, If that is impossible.gov, or fax 405-350-8909.
Complete and submit your new service operation.
Submit two forms of ID, one must be a print ID.
Pay the needed deposit.
Pay any overdue previous balances owed to the City of Yukon.
Schedule a cadence turn-on time with our office.
Please be apprehensive that we must admit your completed new service operation form, ID, and deposit before we will turn on the cadence at your new address.

I was registered on the old site. Why do I need to register again?
We lately replaced the old online gate and guests need to re-register to the new My OKC Utilities online portal and app to renew bus pay and paperless billing.
For account security reasons, we aren’t suitable to transition over guests ’ individual login credentials or payment information.
guests who had former online accounts with us will need to produce a new account.
All November 2020 bills were posted to guests. To register please source your bill for the account number to produce a new online profile.
You’ll continue to admit a paper bill each month until you enroll in Paperless Billing.

View your sale history in the Billing module. Click Billing and also click ‘ History ’. Choose ‘ Bill Statement ’ or ‘ Payments ’ to view your account’s history.
